Mill Creek Youth Football League (MCYFL) plays in the North Sound Junior Football League (NSJFL). The NSJFL and member organizations are committed to providing an opportunity for every youth participate, grades K-8th to learn the game of football.
Home games will be played at 12911 39th Avenue SE, Everett, 98208, located in greater Mill Creek. Road games will be played at high schools in the Snohomish County area within 15 miles of Mill Creek and North King County.
BOUNDARIES
Our membership in the North Sound Junior Football League is contingent on following the boundary rules:
Eligible players for the Mill Creek Cougars must reside OR attend school within the Glacier Peak, Cascade or North Creek High School feeder areas. Players are also eligible from other areas on a case by case basis, please reach out to MCYFLREGISTER@GMAIL.COM to check eligibility.
GLACIER PEAK HIGH SCHOOL feeder AREA
Players are eligible to play for the Mill Creek Cougars if they reside in the Glacier Peak High School feeder area OR attend any of the following schools:

NORTH CREEK HIGH SCHOOL feeder AREA
Players are eligible to play for the Mill Creek Cougars if they reside in the North Creek High School feeder area OR attend any of the following schools:

- Kokanee Elementary
- Ruby Bridges Elementary
CASCADE HIGH SCHOOL feeder AREA
Players are eligible to play for the Mill Creek Cougars if they reside in the Cascade High School feeder area OR attend any of the following schools:
- Evergreen Middle School
- Emerson Elementary
- Eisenhower Middle School
- James Monroe Elementary
- Silver Lake Elementary
- Penny Creek Elementary

PLAYER’S DISTRICT DOES NOT HAVE A YOUTH TEAM
Any out of district player may play for a neighboring organization if the players district does not have a submitted team for the current season once the request has been submitted by the incoming organization to the Associate board for approval.
